VALUE EDUCATION

The school is a centre in which a specific concept of the world, of man and of history is developed and conveyed. It is a place for integral formation of persons by means of a systematic and critical assimilation of culture. The process takes place in the form of personal contacts and commitments which consider absolute values in a life context and seek to insert them into a life frame work.

To this end the school stimulates the student to exercise his intelligence through the dynamics of understanding to attain clarity and inventive skills, helping him to spell out the meaning of his experiences and their truths.

History

St. Jude's High School is owned and conducted by the Society of Catechist Sisters of St. Ann. The school is established in the year 1964, and has got permanent recognition. The aim of the school is to give sound, moral, intellectual, social and physical education so as to turn the young generation not only as good and useful citizens but men and women of high principles, culture and refinement.

The School has efficient and qualified teachers both religious and lay women who give an all round education. The moral tone of the school is fostered by moral instruction to all pupils.

The School runs classes from KG to X with English Medium. The curriculum of the department of Education T.S. is followed. The students are prepared for Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) Public Examination held by the department every year.
